Leonidas Karaiskos

Leonidas completed his basic studies in Physical Education at Athens TEFAA and earned a postgraduate degree focused on maximizing athletic performance and efficiency from Democritus University of Thrace. He also completed training in music-kinetics education and sports marketing.

He served as a senior executive for the 2004 Athens Olympic and Paralympic Games Organizing Committee, managing volleyball and sitting volleyball programs (2002-2004). He later worked as manager of the men's volleyball league (2004-2006), overseeing championships and major events including All Star Games and European Champions Cup finals.

Since 2009, he has been a technical adviser to the Greek Volleyball Federation, responsible for introducing volleyball in primary education. He frequently keynotes seminars on volleyball in youth development and sports administration.

He is an educator who has taught across all educational levels, from preschool through university. His current commitment centers on psychomotor development and early childhood education programs for infants and young school-age children.
