Maria Papavasileiou

Maria is a graduate of the Athens National University of Sports Science, a Pilates instructor & personal trainer. She particularly loves movement and dance as she has been involved in classical and contemporary ballet, modern and traditional dances and active participation in clubs and folklore groups for over 10 years. She has participated as a volunteer at the WAAE Athens Summit 2024. She has completed her studies in Pilates Matwork & Props (EQF 4 – Europe Active) and Pilates Reformer. Since 2024, she has been part of the Pilates teachers’ team at Base Training, teaching at levels 1 – Pilates Mat & 2- Reformer respectively.
