These Terms of Use govern access to and use of basetraining.org, operated by Base Training Academy (the "Academy"). By browsing the website you accept these terms.

1. Content and intellectual property

All website content (texts, photos, videos, logos, training material, graphics) is the intellectual property of the Academy or its partners and is protected by Greek and European law. You may view and print extracts for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited. Logos and names of certification bodies (for example EREPS, EuropeActive, ISO) belong to their respective organisations.

2. Programme information, dates and prices

Information about programmes, start dates, duration, tutors and fees is provided for information purposes and may change. The binding terms are those confirmed in writing when you enrol in a programme. The Academy may modify or cancel a programme if the minimum number of participants is not reached or for reasons of force majeure, informing enrolled participants in good time.

3. Enrolment and payments

Submitting the registration form is an expression of interest. Enrolment is completed upon confirmation by the Academy and payment of the deposit or fees, according to the terms of each programme. Cancellation and refund terms are communicated before final enrolment and form part of the training agreement.

4. User obligations

You agree to use the website lawfully, to provide accurate information in the forms and not to attempt to disrupt its operation or gain unauthorised access to systems or data.

5. Third-party links and content

The website contains embedded videos and links to third-party websites (for example YouTube, social networks, certification bodies). The Academy does not control and is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

6. Limitation of liability

We make every effort to keep the content accurate and the website available, but we do not guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, the Academy is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website. Training content and Magazine articles are for information only and do not replace medical advice.

7. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of the website.
